Jeff Tait
President/ General Contractor
Jeff started his career in corporate sales and transitioned into construction sales and estimating in 2015. In 2019 he decided to general his own house while working his full-time job and then he was hooked! Jeff really enjoys going to work every day and the camaraderie with our ESTAIT Team, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers. Seeing a raw piece of ground and the progress and gratification that comes from building is Jeff’s favorite and he is on our job sites daily! Jeff currently handles all Financial Operations, Sales, Contracts, Banking Relationships, and field execution where needed.
Zach Garrett
Vice President of Construction/ General Contractor
Zach has been around construction his entire life and most importantly working in framing and concrete. Zach understands and knows how to translate building plans, meet code requirements, and how to communicate objectives effectively and efficiently to our Sub-Contractors. Zach is the most likeable guy around and our customers and Sub-Contractors love working with him! Zach always has valuable insight when questions arise or problem solving is needed. He has the knowledge, likeable personality, and right tools to get the job done! We are so lucky to have him on our team!
Aajah Armstrong
Vice President of Design
Aajah started her journey in the construction industry working in the flooring and tile world. She has an amazing talent to know how the different selections of a project will come together. She is extremely thoughtful and intentional on what options will work in a particular space and why. At the same time, Aajah is great with people and can help cater to each clients unique style. Having Aajah on our team ensures that we stay on task and that each space makes sense. Designing a space or home with the thousands of decisions available today is overwhelming and Aajah makes it so easy with her style, knowledge, and Decisiveness. She keeps our projects running smooth and we are so lucky to have her on the team!
Blake Vanderstek
Vice President of Real Estate and Land Development
Blake has a strong background in construction getting his degree in Construction Management. He has also worked for other High End Builders and also for himself doing many fix and flips and other real estate deals. Blake is a licensed realtor as well that makes us very competitive with the expertise and connections that he brings to the table. Blake always keeps things fun and we appreciate the value he brings to all aspects of our team and or so grateful to have him.
Aaron Till
Project Manager
Aaron grew up with a General Contractor as a father and has been around and helped manage job sites from a young age. Aaron also has experience in excavation and can operate equipment when needed. Aaron takes initiative to problem solve and get the job done whether with is communication skills or grabbing a shovel or tool. He works great with our Team, Clients and Sub-Contractors. Aaron has the right experience, temperament, and knowledge to get the job done no matter what challenge he is working on. We are so glad to have him on our team!
Straton Anderson
Junior Designer
Straton grew up surrounded by design and construction—his mom’s an interior designer and his dad’s been in construction for over four decades. From a young age, he found himself drawn to design, even rearranging his bedroom furniture just to see how different layouts felt. Over the past five years, Straton has worked in various roles across a construction company, most recently as an assistant project manager. That hands-on experience gave him a solid understanding of how things come together on a jobsite and helped shape his eye for design. He’s especially passionate about textures, materials, and the creative process behind bringing someone’s dream home to life. We are so glad to have Straton on our team!
Mart Lefler
Excavation Manager
Mart has over 20 years of experience in excavation and land development. Mart started his career working as a water reclamation quality control engineer going all across the country. This lead Mart to find his passion for excavation and public utility improvements. Mart has played a major role in some large improvement projects from new construction homes, residential subdivisions, commercial developments and state park improvements. Mart takes tremendous pride in his finished product ensuring only the highest standards. Mart enjoys all things related to Excavation for a living, but when he’s not working on one of our sites you can find him fishing on one of his favorite lakes. Mart is so meticulous and such a hard worker. He holds our excavation team and services to the highest standards and we are so grateful to have him on our team!
Savannah Pulliam
Business Admin/ Office Manager
Savannah plays a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that custom home projects run smoothly from start to finish. She grew up with a fourth-generation builder as her father, so building is basically in her blood. She has been around construction since she was a little girl and she has been working in the industry since graduating college, gaining valuable hands-on experience in project coordination, marketing, and office management. Savannah recently joined the EsTait team as Business Admin/Office Manager and she is so excited to bring her passion for the homebuilding industry to EsTait!
Mickelle Evans
Office Assistant / Estimator
Mickelle grew up in Orem, Utah, and now lives in Lehi with her three kids. Starting at a young age, she worked alongside her dad in his small business, eventually stepping into a leadership role where she managed day-to-day operations and worked closely with clients. That experience gave her a strong foundation in organization, customer service, and team coordination. With a long-time interest in interior design and architecture, Mickelle is right at home in the construction world. She brings a blend of creativity, efficiency, and calm dependability. She loves supporting her team and takes pride in being someone others can rely on.
