I’ve been involved with Estait construction for the past few years and they are currently constructing home # 5. Estait has placed their imprint on the Wildrose subdivision of which will be enjoyed by the homeowners for years to come. Jeff is organized and does a great job contracting beautifully built homes. Because of my almost daily (and usually multi-daily) site visits, I was able to watch Jeff at work with subs, suppliers, delivery folks, vendors, … while he was juggling several build jobs in various locations throughout Salt Lake and Utah counties. What I observed was a builder that cared deeply about quality of construction, attention to my daughter’s wishes, and positive interaction with vendors and subs. Every call was returned, every question answered, and Jeff never waivered in being dedicated to building my daughter the home that she had visioned. The last month prior to closing on the house was intense. Jeff checked with me several times every day to see what I needed to assure that all subs were busy finishing their part of the “punch list”. If you are considering buying a home built by ESTAIT Construction or looking for a custom builder, you will not find a better builder than ESTAIT. They use very high quality and reliable subcontractors and are extremely organized throughout the building process. I was constantly updated on the progress and costs, both of which turned out better than expected.
